A variety from Thaïland that is the tastiest spring treat. Everything is both edible and tender: stalks, leaves, flowering buds. Remarkably heat resistant, the harvest will last well into summer without becoming bitter. Outperformed other flowering broccolis and broccolinis in our 2023 trials.

Growing recommendations
Seed indoors in April-May and transplant in May-June. Transplant every 24’’ in rows 30’’ apart. Harvest the main broccoli head, and come back for the tender secondary shoots as they mature.
