Cilantro refers to the leaves and coriander to the edible seed. Despite being a slow-bolting variety, cilantro does not stay long in leaf stage. Seed successions for continuous harvest. You can also harvest the herb in flower stage though the flavor is not as citrusy as the leaf-stage, nor as nutty as the coriander seed.

Growing recommendations
Direct seed in the spring. Seed densely, 1/2” deep, roughly 12 to 24 seeds per foot. Thin to one plant every 2-4” if you aim to harvest the coriander seeds.
