Round leaves in shades of green and mauve. Stems varying from white to pink. Wider than the traditional tatsoi. Good in salad or stir-fry.

What started as an unintentional cross between Tokyo Bekana and Wild Garden Seeds' Pink Lettucy sweet mustard turned into a stunning tatsoi with purple leaves and pink stems. Even though this population continues to produce a few green plants, each seed selection brings us closer and closer to the purple tatsoi of our dreams.
